Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using lullastar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

lullastar provides AI-generated personalized bedtime stories for children ages 2–8, with optional narration features including user voice recordings.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• lullastar offers a free tier (3 stories) and paid subscriptions (monthly and annual)
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law

4. Free Trial

Where offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use lullastar for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the AI story generation system
• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Stories generated by lullastar are for personal, non-commercial use within your family. The lullastar app, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Be Wonderful Studio LLC.

7. Voice Recordings

Voice recordings you create in lullastar remain yours. We use them solely to personalize story narration within your account. You can delete them at any time.

8. Disclaimers

lullastar is provided “as is.” While we strive for high-quality, age-appropriate content, AI generation is imperfect. Parental supervision is recommended, especially for younger children.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Wonderful Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of lullastar.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
